Madam Lim Chong Imm has obtained her Bachelor of Art degree in law with honours from University of Kent at Canterbury, England in 1988. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in the High Court of Malaya, Pulau Pinang on 21/9/1990.  She has chambered and practiced as a legal assistant in Messrs Chew Tan & Lim for a period of eighteen (18) months.  In year 1992, she joined Messrs Lim Boo Chang & Company as a legal assistant and later became a partner until April 1996.

She has thirty one (31) years of experience in the legal profession. Her core practice areas are Property and Conveyancing, Trusts, Wills and Probate, Banking Finance and Securities Law, Landlord and Tenant, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Divorce and Family Law and Civil Litigation.
