Lam was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in the year 2014. He has chambered and practiced as a legal assistant in a reputable litigation firm in Kuala Lumpur before he joins this firm in August 2020.   

He has extensive experience in commercial disputes, including cross border and domestic arbitration, as well as litigation. He has involved in cases before foreign jurisdiction courts relating to jurisdiction of an arbitral tribunal and challenges against arbitration awards.

Besides commercial arbitration, his practice also encompasses on construction sports arbitration.

He regularly works on numerous clients’ advisory pieces for pre and post litigation or arbitration. He also assists clients on medical negligence dispute through civil litigation and disciplinary proceedings.
